Yes, in order to achieve higher professional standard/moral management/business ethics, or better business results with increasing cost effective, the value of stakeholders, service and management excellence, we should design, develop, implement, and assess or monitor an action/strategic plan with a CHECKING LIST, just like a pilot does before taking off.
